Materials and Dying / Orange cape

Hello,
 Does anyone know where I can get a half/quarter orange cape for tying small trout bugs etc? Most of my flies are tied on hooks sized #10-#16 so I'm looking for a cape that will tie those sizes. A fellow angler on this site was kind enough to give me some orange hackles to get me started but I really need to have my own feathers.
 Since I only tie for myself, I don't need a full cape. If anyone has a cape they may want to split, I will gladly pay the going rate for a half cape. Thank you.

Takes blue to make green, based on a blue charm pattern but color swapped throughout. Blue dun bucktail, silver gray floss , holo tinsel( silver and blue), chartreuse hackle fibres. The chartreuse is hot this season in places so wanted to mix it into a pattern to see what I could come up with.

This little size 10 beard dubbed undertaker will get tossed for trout this fall . Seem to catch a lot of trout on the pattern. Put that ratty old beard I grew in a bag so I could find a use for it.

The Mustad signature is a nice hook, heavy , sharp as heck and relatively inexpensive but looking forward to tying on a curved shank salmon hook. They seem to add a nice look to a pattern that I've seen.
