Take me a couple years to use all of the three saddles, rather see them get used up. I need to get a few others for the dye pots soon anyway. Some of those muddlers turned out a bit better than others , was using hair that was too fine. Changed course a couple times during the dozen to fix appearance , that's why some have a few sprigs of elk or different body/rib pattern, but all turned out pretty good , nicest muddlers I've turned out so far.

Just back from a few days with the family, got the swap all finished. The flies are going to the post tomorrow am, you should see them soon, thanks to everyone who participated.
It was a tough one to sort, I took 2 of everyone's flies and set them aside for the donation. Then I split the flies, so if you sent me 12 you got 10 back, 11 flies you got 9 back and so on. I tried not to give anyone doubles of their own back but it might of happened in all the head scratching.
Great swap, great looking flies, going to be a few fish with sore lips this year. Thanks again to all.
