Hook: Partridge Barleet Traditional size 4
Thread: 50 denier GSP for the body, then 75 denier red GSP for the head.
Tip: Small oval tinsel
Tag: Yellow floss
tail: Golden pheasant crest
Butt: red wool dubbed thinly
Body: Silver braided tinsel
Throat: Silver doctor blue hen hackle
Wing: Grey squirrel tail stacked
Head: red thread
*Optional: Red wool dubbed to form the head.

Long rods, and loud reels.

Nice fly....I never ever had any luck with that pattern but it should work great anywhere that salmon like silver flies ....like the NW 'Chi
